How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

  1. Go to the Dashboard area and select My Apps.
  2. In the My Apps section, select the app you wish to cancel subscription of.
  3. Once the app has been selected, click Billing Information to continue.
  4. In the Billing Information area, you can see Order History, Subscription Status, Hosting Subscription Status, etc.
  5. For cancelling the subscription of the app, you need to click on “Cancel Subscription” button.
  6. A pop window of ‘Cancel Subscription’ will appear that will ask the reason for cancelling your subscription.
  7. You can choose any of the four reasons from ‘I stopped using this service’, ‘It’s too expensive’, ‘I found better alternatives’, and ‘Other (specifying your reason in the box below)’.
  8. Once done, click on Submit.
  9. Another pop-up appears for re-confirmation of cancelling the subscription, click Yes to continue.
  10. You can see the message “Your subscription(s) cancelled successfully” appear on the top of the page once your subscription is cancelled.
